Tammy Tarrance

Tammy Renee Eatmond Tarrance was born in St. Louis, MO on November 15, 1977 to Rosetta Eatmond and Walter Reynolds.

She attended Cahokia High School.  Tammy loved to travel, and her travels landed her in Cincinnati, OH.  Tammy met Michael Tarrance in 1998.  At this time, Tammy was already well on her path to do what she loved, nursing.  She attended Butler Tech and Cincinnati State Technical and Community College where she earned her nursing degree.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Tammy worked in many facilities including the Hamilton County Justice Center.  Tammy loved her profession and enjoyed taking care of people.  She was spreading her joy of nursing at Christian Village of Mt. Healthy and Sanctuary Pointe prior to her passing.

Tammy was a proud nurse and gave all she had to her patients.

Tammy also continued to travel, visiting places such as Mexico, Canada, Florida and New York City.  She and Mike decided to marry on August 18, 2021 in Niagara Falls, NY.  Tammy and Mike endured more than 26 years of a wonderful journey through this life.  

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Aaron Hopkins Jr.

Tammy leaves a host of friends, family and loved ones to mourn her and celebrate her life including: her husband, Michael Tarrance Sr.; her son, Michael Tarrance III.; two brothers, Andre Harris Jr. and Shawn Harris; two sisters, Monica (DeMarco McDonald) Harris and Pecola (Kendrick Combs) Harris and four grandchildren, Kizeria, Zyaira, Zayden and My-Layshia.
