Joslynn Brown Obituary

Joslynn Dorothy Brown was born on February 28, 2000.  On the evening of February 15, 2023, Joslynn was taken away from us way too early and is now resting in heaven.  She has joined her great grandmother, Dorothy Brown, grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Burrow, grandfather, Charles Brown, auntie/grandma, Glenda Jones and uncles, Arthur Lee Burrow and Hubert Jerome Burrow in heaven.

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was one of many siblings to the mother of Christa Brown and father, Rodney Burrow.

Joslynn was educated in the Cincinnati Public School System.  Her family and friends were always her pride and joy.  Joslynn worked many jobs in her short but full life.  Everywhere she went she always made a connection with those around her.  Though she was a little head strong at times, she always remained loyal to those she loved and kept close.

Joslynn was the type of person you could call any hour of the day; no matter the time. She was available to just sit on the phone with you. If you were ever in need or just needed someone to be there, she was the one you could call.

Joslynn leaves many people to cherish her loving memories: her siblings, (mother’s side)  Joshua Brown, Ashley Kweinavah (Brown), Autumn Brown, Ariah Brown, Alexis Brown Angel Brown, Alessa (Tottie) Brown, Gregory Brown, Eva Jewel Dyer and Zaeonna Brown; her siblings, (father’s side) Brandy Burrow, Cheyane Michole Burrow and Nariyah Burrow;  her siblings, Kebra, Jason, Jahdo (Jovan) and Marcus Brown; her girlfriend Denise Tanner and family; her nieces, Summer and Wynter Brown; her nephew, Jamel Brown; her annie/momma, Clara (Fana) Brown, aunties;  Queen (Annie love) Brown, Dorothy Brown, Mae Catherine Burrow, Betty Jean Burrow and Sharon Denise Burrow; her uncles, Darrall, Ben, and Corn from Dayton, OH and Tyrone Burrow; her grandmother, Leeann from Mississippi; and a host of many cousins and others who loved her and will miss her.

Joslynn was a loving daughter, sister, niece, cousin, girlfriend, friend, confidant and listening ear.  It will be hard to get over this loss.  She will be missed from this life, but we hope to meet and befriend her in the next.
