The Almighty has set our beginning and end. In his infinite mercy, he allows us time to live, love and glorify HIM. John Evans Bell was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Vernette Bell. John was light of her world.
John attended Cincinnati Public Schools and JOB Corp and majored in carpentry. John eared numerous certificates of achievement and was very proud to obtain his high school diploma in 2018 from Career Online High School to show his mother. John Evans was in process of studying for his Notarization and Real Estate Licenses.
John Evans’ hobbies were playing his guitar, going to the gun range, traveling, collecting baseball cards, shopping and working out. John had a green thumb for his beautiful house plants and maintaining his yard. He was a beautiful person and would help his family if he could. John Evans was an avid reader and always learning to benefit himself for the future.
John Evans was the first generation of the Bell cousins to own his home. John Evans was an independent and ambition person. He worked over 20 years taking care of special needs clients. He was an entrepreneur. He had his own black- owned business, Native Nexus LLC Cleaning Service.
John Evans was preceded in death by his grandparents, James E. and Annie L. Bell; great grandfather, James R. Bell; uncle, John Quentin Bell; two aunts, Delores Blakey and Theresa L. Bell
John Evans leaves to celebrate his life: his loving mother, Vernetta; only brother, Michael Bell; aunts Beaulah [Johnnie deceased] Rivers, Emma [Tyrone deceased] Bradley, Cynthia Young, Jacqueline Bell and Rosemary [Shirley deceased] Crews; special cousin, Natalie Young; special friends, Brian Osborne, Charles Young and Jackie Cooper and a host of cousins and friends.
