Wilbur Mickey Adams, age 60, passed away quietly at his residence in Cincinnati, OH on Friday, July 19, 2024.  He was born on December 24, 1963 in Cincinnati, OH to the union of Wilbur and Maxine Adams.

Wilbur attended and graduated Roger Bacon High School and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.  He played football at Roger Bacon and also was a Red Belt in Taekwondo. Wilbur was employed at a building safety inspection firm as a Mechanical Engineer.

He attended the Sycamore Congregation Kingdom Hall and was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses following in his mother's footsteps.

Mickey was preceded in death by his mother and grandfather, Rufus Barnett, his grandmothers, Bertha Adams and Mary Frances Barnett, and his great-great aunt, Annis McIntyre.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his father, Wilbur Adams; his brother, Kelvin Rickey Adams, his aunts & uncles, Patricia Alston, Kitty (Michael) Vinegar, Judy (James) Pritchett, Gail Wilson, Carmen Williams, Douglas (Robin) Barnett, Darrell Barnett, Carol Barnett-Walker, Margie Ferguson; his god-brother, Tony Bryant; his cousins, Linda Minor, Valerie Dawson, Louis Hill; special friends, Maurine Whitehurst-Allen, Lonnie Grayson and Jerome; special thanks go to Robin Barnett, Jon Adams and his wife, and a host of cousins, other relatives and many friends.
