IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Weeda L.
Palmore
November 28, 1960 – July 7, 2023
Weeda L. Palmore was born November 28, 1960, to William Palmore and Arnell Haynes in Eufaula, Alabama. She was unexpectedly called home on July 7, 2023.
In her younger years, Weeda and a couple of her siblings were relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio. Many of those adolescent years were spent in the church. She attended Cincinnati Public Schools; graduating from Hughes High School. Weeda was the mother of five children, ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In 2002 she switched job fields becoming a nurse aide and later a medication aide at the Center for Respite Care, where she worked until she became disabled.
Despite all the obstacles thrown her way, she was still strong-willed and determined to embrace her new normal. Even though she was very stubborn and stuck in her ways, she was a sweetheart. You could always find her enjoying the outdoors, listening to music. and buying African decor to decorate her space.
Weeda was preceded in death by her parents, William Palmore and Arnell Haynes; her siblings, Jessie Jackson, Emma Jean Palmore, Rosa Lee Ford, William Palmore Jr., Donita Palmore, and "Baby" Palmore and her grandchild, Prince Palmore. There are a lot of family and friends not listed, but not forgotten.
Weeda leaves to cherish her memories: her children, Nitia Jones, LaRon Palmore, LeHia Palmore, Brittney Watson (Sean), and Damien Palmore; grandchildren, Alan Wilson, Asia Wilson, Derrick Campbell, D'Aris Campbell, JaHontai Palmore, Adrien Palmore, Audrie Palmore, Damien Palmore Jr., Damier Palmore and Airen Palmore; great grandchildren, Lelani Wilson, Audrey Wilson, Carlos Campbell, and Ahmari Campbell; siblings, Annie Jackson Haney and Roy Hanes Sr. and a host of family and friends that loved her deeply.
