Steven Watkins was born June 12, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Steven transitioned from this earthly life to eternity on October 11, 2023 at his home from natural cause at the age of 70.

He grew up in the village of Lincoln Heights and graduated from Lincoln Heights High School.  Steven never moved from Cincinnati because he loved it.  Everyone who knew him would agree he was the life of the party. He was a good and kind man. He was there to help whenever he could.

Steven had been married for over 20 years to Norma Jean who preceded him in death; he and his wife had three sons between the two of them. Steven had five brothers and one sister.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his sons, Antonio McClendon, Diego "Man" Harris and Anthony; one sister, Joyce Ewing of New Jersey; a host of grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
