Celebrating His Spirit Mr. Robert Quincy Woods, better known as "Bobbie," to family and friends, was born April 9, 1965 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Willie and Bertha Woods. He departed this life on Dec. 3, 2013. Robert accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Samuel Ach Elementary School and Aiken High School. During school, Robert excelled in basketball and was avid lover of music throughout his life. Although Robert's six-foot, three-inch frame was intimidating to many, he was a gentle giant at heart. After Robert left school, he stayed with his mother and siblings due to illness. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Lee Woods; father, Willie Quincy Woods and sister, Letha Woods. He is survived by three sisters, Doris Thompson of Flint, MI, Stephanie Lester, Bethanie Woods, both of Cincinnati and Morris and Mary Woods and Willie Woods Jr., of Flint, Mi.
