IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Nathaniel
Graham
June 16, 1952 – February 8, 2025
Nathaniel Graham was born June 16, 1952 to the late James Graham and Oralee Patterson (known as Rose Johnson). Nathaniel was raised by Aurther and Alberta Evans from Lincoln Heights, Ohio. He departed this earthly life on February 8, 2025.
He attended Lincoln Heights and Princeton High Schools. After graduating from Princeton, Nathaniel joined the military. He enlisted in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Nathaniel later continued serving by working at the VA Medical Center.
Nathaniel was a big fan of boxing and football. He was a proud Bengals fan. His favorite music was jazz. In 1972, he married his high school sweetheart, Sylvia Diane Kerley Graham. From this union, Jermaine A. Graham, Chad (Michelle) M. Graham, and Natalie P. Graham was born. Years later, Nathaniel met Nadine Crosby. They had three children: Marcus L. Crosby, Dwayne E. Crosby and Janet M. Crosby.
Though the last five years were challenging for Nathaniel due to dementia, 5 years for dementia, he never forgot his family when they would visit. Natalie would call and visit her father often. Just hearing her voice would calm him down if he happened to be upset or confused.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Donnie Evans and Tyrone Graham; sister, Penny Marton and his aunt and uncle, John & Mattie Dixon.
Nathaniel leaves to cherish his memory: his children; his sister, Beverly Ann Alli of Washington, DC; 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren along with a host of other family members and friends who loved him dearly.
