Marion was a graduate of Fee High School in Maysville, KY. She married Charles Hord, who was a wonderful husband, step-father and provider. She was preceded in death by Charles and her mother, Elizabeth.
Marion worked as a Nanny for a period of time and a cook for most of her adult life. She was a vibrant woman who was full of life. Her favorite pastime was watching baseball-a sport she loved-shopping, spoiling and fawning over her grandchildren. Although she was 85 years old, she was young at heart and mind for all of her life.
Her memory will be cherished by her daughter, Nadra King-Bluford of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Jason King, Brooklyn, NY, Quiana King and Darryl King , Cincinnati, OH; one sister, Evenlyn (Dickey) Riley, New Brittan, CT; great-grandchildren, Kamea King, Cincinnati, OH, Jasir and Asha King, Brooklyn, NY.
