Luther Overton Jordan was born March 22, 1955. Luther was the fifth child born to the late Elizabeth (Wee) Jordan.  He went home to be with the Lord on Sunday October 2, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his two older sisters, Margaret Jordan Harris and Debra Gail Jordan.

Luther was educated in the Cincinnati Public Schools System and graduated from Aiken High School.  After Luther graduated from high school, he worked various jobs throughout his life. He was always happy and cheerful; greeting you with a smile and his crazy laugh .

In his pastime, Luther enjoyed sitting on his porch in his rocking chair or taking in a good movie. Luther was always one that cared and helped others. He was always willing to help whenever he was called. He would pick a day and take his nieces and nephews to the movies or down to Mr. Genes to get ice cream.

Luther loved his family. He leaves to cherish two daughters, Vashion and Tamika Jordan of Cincinnati; three grandchildren, Jasmine Everhart, Christian Jordan of Dallas, Texas and Christopher Everhart Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Karen Fairbanks and Wanda Goodwin of Cincinnati, Ohio; four brothers, Alexander, Maurice, Ronnie and Wayne Jordan all of Cincinnati, Ohio; a devoted aunt, Martha Fletcher and a host of the nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
