Kimberly Ann Henry

Kimberly Ann Henry was born on May 2, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the union of Ann Lois (nee Young) and Raymond Henry. She departed this life peacefully in the loving presence of her sister, LaWanda Henry; nephew, Greg Henry and his devoted wife, Stephane at 9:37 p.m., June 4, 2026.

One of her last remarks to her family was, "I put up a good fight and to love and take care of each other."

Kim, as she was affectionately called, graduated from Hughes High School. She attended Southern Ohio College , majoring in business office management. Upon completion of her certification, she worked for First National Bank and various attorney offices in Cincinnati, including Lawson & Associates. Kim, a "beast" on the type writer, good could type over 80 words per minute and had wonderful other office skills. She was blessed with an outgoing personality and was a friend to everyone she met. She possessed a strong spirit and a belief in God that enabled her to battle and defeat breast cancer for over 14 years. She was fiercely devoted to her family and the love of her life, Karter Liora Boyce, her granddaughter.

Joining Bethel Baptist Church was one of the highlights of her life and she surrendered to the will of God and was a "willing" worker in the church. She loved plants, playing dominos, movies and thrift shopping. She was also an animal lover and cared for her cats, Alley and Butt-Butt.

Kim was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Raymond Henry Jr. and niece, Jiona Henry.

She leaves to mourn her memory her Children: Jamie L. Campbell and Daughter: Kimera L. Starnes; Granddaughter: Karter L Boyce; Sister: LaWanda J. Henry; Nephew: Gregory (Stephanie) Henry; devoted Godfather: Ulysses Thomas; Dear Friends: Donna Lewis, David Minniefield and Jeffery Goss; Sister-in-Law: Marlene Henry and Nieces: Randi Henry and Niema Frieson. Kim will also be fondly remembered by a host of other family and friends.
