Gregory Edwards better known as "Hut" was born July 7, 1959 in Cincinnati, OH to Carlena Edwards.  He graduated from Taft High School.  From there, he began his career in Engineering landing a job with American Laundry.

Hut was never married and had no children, however, he had a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Hut loved the warm weather.  When he was able, he'd ride his bike all over Cincinnati.  Hut enjoyed a game of cards or bones, but most of all, he loved a good game of chess.

Hut joined River of Life Church some years ago and doing so, he became involved with church activities and giving back to the community.  Overall, he was a great son, brother, uncle and friend. Hut will be missed but forever loved by family and many friends.

Hut was preceded in death by Carlena Edwards, Jenice Edwards, Annie Edwards, Ted Edwards, Bennie Goodson, Jason Miller, Brenda Edwards, Diane Edwards, Joe Lee Goodson, Jessie Goodson, Albert Foster and Diane Ras.

He leaves to cherish is memories: brothers, Lee Andrew Thomas of Pratteville, Al and Donald Edwards and Anthony Edwards of Cincinnati, OH; sister, Louveena Edwards along with a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
