Celebrating Her Spirit Gloria Ballard was born on September 24, 1965 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the union of Julia Mae and Clarence Eugene Hatcher. She departed this life on March 7, 2022.for the eternal comfort of the arms of The Lord. Gloria, who was one of six children, graduated from Aiken High School. After obtaining her education, she continued raising her six children and working as a nurses aide. Gloria worked for numerous nursing homes until her health failed over the last 15 years. She was an outgoing, loving person who never met a stranger. Gloria valued her many friendships and loved her miniature Terrier dog "Bear." She was also a wonderful cook who could "burn" many southern dishes, especially macaroni and cheese. She is survived by her children; Cherylmica Hatcher, Kevin Williams Jr., Lee Andrew Paul Ballard III, Deramus Antoine Lamar Jenkins, Jaroni Hatcher, Marshay Hatcher; her siblings, Sally Ann Jennings, Alphonso Hatcher, Jerome Hatcher, Ronnie Hatcher, Johnson Coleman, Cheryl Williams; nephew, David Lee Williams; grandchildren, Mikealla Kimbro, Michael Kimbro, Mikyale Kimbro, Mikquell Kimbro, Zy'Mhyaire Hatcher, Leshawn Ballard, Felicity Ford. She will also be dearly missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation
