Dominic Dwayne Trotter Sr

Dominic Trotter, Sr. was born September 10, 1993 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Dwayne Trotter and Betty Kidd. He departed this earthly life on January 29, 2026 in the home he shared with his family. He will be dearly missed, but remains in the hearts of those that loved him. Dominic was such a loving and kind soul. He was so full of energy and wanted to experience everything that life had to offer. He never let life's circumstances get in his way; if there was something he wanted to do, he would do it. Dominic never wanted anyone to feel left out; he always tried to make everyone's day better.

Dominic loved many different things: fitness, singing, basketball, television and family. He loved singing so much that he would begin singing in the middle of a conversation and he had a wonderful voice that should have been heard singing professionally.

His greatest joy was fatherhood. Nothing compared to his one true pride and joy, his son, Dominic Trotter, Jr. The moment he became a father, he wanted nothing more than to be the best father ever. Dominic tried to live life the best that he could. He was a resilient man and anything that he went through was tackled head on without hesitation. The past few years have been very challenging for our family, but he showed great strength and courage through it all. We will continue to cherish every moment that we shared with him. His legacy lives on forever in our hearts. This isn't goodbye, but simply 'see you later'...

Dominic leaves to cherish his precious memory, his Wife: Jatawn Ladden; His Loving Son: Dominic, Jr.; his Mother and Father: Betty Ann Kidd and Dwayne Trotter; Brothers: Ryan, Brandon, Leko, Lavelle Trotter and Jeffrey Young; Sisters: Karen Long, Psyche Trotter and Alantra "Lala" Wells; Stepdaughter: Darr'yania Snow and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Other Relatives and Friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Eloise Kidd and John Livingston; his brothers: Devon, Dawon and Dwayne Trotter; aunts: Darlene McClendon and Tonya Obi and an uncle, Clifford Kidd.
