It is with deep sorrow and love that we remember the life of Destiny Mariah Woods, who passed away far too soon on April 17, 2025. Destiny was born July 26, 1994, and grew into a kind, gentle, full of love woman with a pure spirit who made everyone around her feel unstoppable, inspired and truly seen. She was dependable, trustworthy, honorable, and had a way of making you feel safe just by being herself. Her intelligence was evident from a young age and carried her through academic excellence at both Purdue University and Ohio State University.

Destiny had a passion for expressing herself through art, and her drawings were nothing short of amazing. It was through her art that she shared pieces of her heart with the world, yet she was too humble to admit the greatness of her skill. Whether it was a simple sketch or a detailed masterpiece, her creativity spoke volumes. Alongside her love for art, Destiny loved fashion, her beautiful dog Luna, amusement parks, and exploring new adventures. She dreamed of moving to Australia one day and becoming a veterinarian. She was always chasing new experiences with curiosity and courage.

Her faith in Jesus guided her life as she spoke light and love into every soul she touched. She found joy and purpose in missions work, where she poured out her heart to serve others around the world. Destiny was our family's sweetheart, the person we all leaned on, and someone impossible not to love. She will forever be remembered as a beautiful spirit inside and out and a true reflection of grace, love, and creativity that will continue to inspire us all.

Destiny was a devoted sister, a caring niece, and a loving granddaughter whose smile could light up any room. Destiny is reunited in heaven with her mother, Tiffany, but leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her Grandparents Robin and Carol Woods; Siblings Deje'a Jasmeen Miller and Devin Alexander; Uncles Scott (Onaney) Woods, Josh (Jenn) Woods, Dustin (Allyse) Woods, and Aunt Brittany (Justin) Woods. She was adored by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
