Charles Antonio Brewton was born on January 13, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Joseph Hercules Brewton and Vera Ellison Brewton both of whom preceded him in death. God Called him to eternal rest on April 10, 2025.  He was also preceded in death by his brother, James Brewton.  Charles accepted Christ at an early age at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in Lincoln Heights, OH.

Charles attended Lincoln Heights Elementary School and graduated from Princeton High School in 1979.  Charles was affectionately known as Tony to family and friends.  After high school, he attended Howard University where he sought a degree in music.  Charles joined the United States Air Force and became a member of the marching band.  He had an awesome love for the flute.  Charles spent 33 years working for the IRS until his health began to fail him.

Tony will always be remembered for his love for cooking and baking.  He was known for loving his mother's cheese cake.

Tony never had children, but he was a father to his many fur babies because of his tremendous love of cats.  Tony was an active member in the loves of his many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews whom he referred to as his super brats.

Tony also enjoyed spending time with his family and close friends, Mike and Chuck.

Charles leaves to cherish his memory: his loving brothers, Dominic and Joseph "Jo Jo" Brewton; his sister, Jackie Angel Brewton along with many nieces and nephews (Super Brats); his fur baby, Maxwell and a host of family and friends.
